- Strategic alliances & Empaneling: doctors, medical practitioners for mutual tie-ups for increasing awareness on Generic medicines.and encouraging visiting Stores.
- Relationship building: Have to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists by periodically visiting & liasioning with doctors/medical practitioners for the business growth & promoting organisation agenda
- Monitoring market trends: competitor activities and customer feedback to gather insights, and provide suggestions to the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams: such as marketing, Sales, Products to align promotional strategies. They provide feedback on product performance and participate in further strategies.
- Tracking the ROI of the activities: restartegising if needed.
Desired Profile/Qualifications:
- Someone who connects with the purpose of Generic Medicines and comes with an entrepreneurial edge to grow it.
- MBA/B.Pharma with min 6-8 years of experience in connecting with Medical fraternity
- Sales & business driven approach
- Self driven and and team Management edge - have to be a Hustler !!
