Prefer someone who has managed M&A Transaction management and actively scouting for EdTech companies for possible acquisition.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility for this person shall include transaction management.

- Identifying targets in EdTech industry

- Competition MIS

- Financial Modelling & Valuation Exercise

- Decisive Analysis for targets

- Actively participating in M&A network

- Handholding the merger / acquisition process

- Stakeholder Management

Mandatory Skills:

- Analytical mind, motivation and interpersonal skills

- Financial Modelling, Knowledge of Valuation Techniques, Making error-free pitch books, Accounting skills, Core Industry Knowledge, Updated on a global business landscape, Knowledge of corporate law and merger process.
