Lead - Merger & Acquisition - PE Firm

We have been retained to recruit a Lead Merger and Acquisition, to be responsible for strategic leadership for M&A with a leading PE firm driven company.

Location: Bangalore

1. Work closely with the leadership to identify priority investment areas, develop landscapes of relevant market segments including market size, market segmentation, growth rate, and target companies.

2. Support the entire enterprise by providing exceptional partnership, advice and guidance in Mergers and Acquisitions and post-merger integrations.

3. Provide project management, financial analysis, and business strategy support for new business development initiatives (internal strategic development, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic partnerships).

4. Strategy development and translation of strategy into execution plans- Pre-planning, due diligence and integration planning capabilities.

5. Prepares the strategy, roadmap, and overall project plans for the post-M&A and integration.

Competencies & Experience:

1. Professional experience with a consulting firm, investment bank, private equity/VC firm, or corporate M&A team.
