As a Lead Medico Marketing, you will be responsible for building relationships with doctors and identifying needs and opportunities to grow the business/ partnership with them.

What you will do:

= Managing a team of Sales Representatives

- Formulating the team's work plan and guiding them to achieve targets

- Planning and conducting engagement programs/ activities to build relationships

- Assessing and tracking daily sales activities

- Making sales reports and presentations

Desired Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Minimum 4 years of experience with Dr sales/ Concept sales

- Experience in concept selling and understanding of the health care/ wellness segment

- Good in-person and telephone etiquette

- Proficiency with Microsoft office

- Analytical skills

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience in selling products in technology space or selling unique products in healthcare space preferred

- Prior experience in MD Physicians, Diabetes, Gynec segment
