The Role The company is seeking to identify a bright and innovative media relations expert for their multi-country operation. As the Lead for external communication, you will define the image of the company through content-driven stories with the objective of positioning the organisation as a best-in-class global company in their domain. You will : - Identify, shape and write stories, video scripts, media articles, press releases, case studies, annual reports, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, award nominations etc - Bring in an edgy writing style into business communication, without compromising on the depth of the subject - Set up the Editorial Style guide, and be the hawk that makes sure it's followed - Work with freelancers and agencies to develop written / graphic / video content via storyboarding and messaging Your Profile Ideally a technology/communications graduate, you should have 12+ years of experience in the area of content creation and dissemination and a great writing style, which will help position the organisation as a youthful, passionate technology company. Preference will be for a candidate who can understand the company's technology domain and apply structured thinking that can translate into great writing. Key attributes would be - - Deep understanding of the domain - Passion for identifying story ideas for business, trade and mainstream consumption - Great writing style that will appeal to the person behind the professional - Hands-on comfort with data, analytical tools and performance metrics The position will be based in Gurgaon.
