Job Opening for Lead-Market Place with Retail Luxury Brand based at Mumbai
- Responsible for brand P&L and developing the overall strategy relating to eCommerce/marketplace. Own revenue and profitability targets on eCommerce/marketplace, driving business growth, and category share
- Identify and develop a pipeline for new marketplace partnerships relevant to our brand vision and fit.
- Designing and executing online specific campaigns, including on-site properties, performance marketing activities, specific targeting etc to maximize growth.
- Develop insights into latest consumer shopping trends, competition products and campaigns to identify assortment gaps & selection and plan effective branding strategies
- In partnership with marketplaces, develop and leverage digital levers - UI/UX, Marketing banners, Assortment and product sequencing, personalization etc.
- Work closely with brand marketing team for product cataloguing, brand visibility, brand awareness and digital marketing.
- Work closely with marketplace team for benchmarking and measurement to increase conversions, cross-sell, drive platform specific influencer activities, and focus on upselling
- Monitor and create actionable plan on customer insights and trends on the e-commerce channel. Create a culture of continuous improvement, constant testing, and transparency
- Product listing, maintain price parity, analyzing customer performance and take actions towards improvisation.
- Develop processes and system along with accounting, financial and commercial team to enable omnichannel commerce
- Preparation of various quarterly and annual reports or review presentations on the respective product group's performance for management review.
- Growth hacker at the core - Responsible for performance marketing, improving conversion and sales through analytics, paid media campaigns
You need to have :
- 6-8 years of relevant impactful experience in Lifestyle or New Age brands OR
- Candidates with lesser experience should be at Lead - Marketplace position for at least 1 year
- Managing own brand business on marketplaces (managing own e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage) or
- Managing brand/categories within a marketplace
- Strong analytic skills along with superior understanding of ecommerce business, digital marketing, business negotiations and relationship building
- Preferred experience in luxury e-commerce, marketplace, loyalty marketing, travel & hospitality
- Strong web/mobile/app marketing and analytics experience with proven track record for driving new mobile app usage, engagement and repeat usage. Good understanding of SEO and PPC with proven results
- Experience in Amazon, Flipkart PLAs and PPC tools; experience with other marketplaces is a plus
- Experience in marketing automation systems like UNICA / WCA / Clevertap / Exact Target / Adobe Campaign & Mobile Engagement Platforms like Airship / Branch etc.
- Understanding of warehouse operations. Knowledge of inventory management system (Brown tape, Unicommerce etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- MBA, Marketing from a premiere institute,
- B.E, B. Tech., preferred
