Lead Marketing

Job Description :

- Create Brand logo & identity. Create strong, unique brand identity to achieve desired brand positioning

- Responsible for quality & timeliness of all marketing collaterals

- Responsible for website design & maintenance

- Create & maintain appropriate social media presence

- Use marketing tools to connect with relevant stakeholders for desired brand association & value proposition.

- Conduct relevant engagement & other outreach programmes.

- Drive internal communications

- Responsible for identification & engagement with agencies/vendors to drive delivery as per desired quality & timelines

- Responsible for budget adherence & MIS

- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.

- Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.

- Media Planning and execution.

- Develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

- Short-term and long-term marketing plans (calendar and budgeting) - plan events and campaigns; determine campaign structure and duration.

- Ensure digital marketing efforts are geared to grow business, increase customer. engagement, promote products, and optimize the online experience.

- Responsible for product photo shoot planning and execution.

- Conceptualization and execution of brand promotions.

- Keep a tab on the brand perception / reputation.

- Work with agencies for outputs aligned to our core brand messaging.

- Establish a good relationship with media houses or agencies and play a pivotal role in media buying.

- Ensure timely marketing communication through website, social media with regular planned updates.

- Evaluate and track ROIs of all marketing campaigns.

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

- Establish good connects with PR personnel.

- Track competition- promotions / brand engagements etc.

- Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA/PGDM/Mass Communication from Tier 2 institute

- Experience of 10-12 years, (Retail experience preferred)

- Excellent communication, both written and oral

- Should have managed a diverse team

- Team player with willingness to learn

- Receptive to feedback and ideas

- Good vendor management skills
