Marketing Lead
Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution and functional planning:
- Conceptualise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats
- Work with Senior Management to define and achieve functional KPI
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns to optimize for maximum impact and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
Brand Enhancement:
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of branding guidelines across all marketing channels
- Maintain and enhance the organization's brand identity and messaging.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials and usage within organization
- Work closely with creative teams for content creation on brand awareness
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set clear goals and provide guidance to ensure the team's success.
- Resource Management for deadline and quality adherence
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and external partners
Stakeholder Management:
- Data analysis and Reporting: Keeping management updated on progress of key functional metrics
- Cross functional collaboration for sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to take ownership and deliver on time.
- Good stakeholder management skills and team work orientation.
- Proficient in using marketing software and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to drive successful marketing campaigns and initiatives specifically in knowledge / service oriented businesses
