Marketing Lead
- Design and implement a strategy for corporate brand management
- Assist in creating marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members
- Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, and blog content, or social media messages
- Provide creative ideas and keep the list of promotional materials updated.
- Manage the company website and other platforms
- Digital content creation for company marketing collaterals, social media, and Graphic design for posters, banners, flyers, and other physical media
- Conceptualising and creating of product videos are desirable
- Work with an external agency for ad-hoc marketing activities like lead generation campaigns.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum experience level is 7-8 years at least
- Degree in IT or Communications or Marketing
- Very good understanding of the IT Service industry
- Very good understanding of B2B business, someone who has worked in an IT company's marketing team would be highly desirable
- Clear understanding of social media for business use
- One to two years of experience in Social Media Management, Marketing, Content Creation, Web Design, and Strategy
- Photoshop/photo editing will be an added credit for this role
- Experience in lead generation using marketing campaigns will be a big plus
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Team player and willing to learn
- Intellectually curious, independent, and self-motivated
Highly desirable skills :
- Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- 2D Animation proficiency is a big plus
- Proficiency in videography, video editing is preferred
