Who We're Looking For:

- A curious, hungry and multifaceted individual who is eager to grow the brand with in-house talented creative team. You'll have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build one of the leading D2C brands of India.

Here are some skills we'd want you to have:

- At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing

- An enthusiasm for consumer brands and entrepreneurship

- A love of branding, marketing, and creating compelling brand campaigns

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- The ability to manage a team of 4-6 people, while directly translating founder vision

What You'll Do :

We plan to immerse you in all aspects of a growing startup. As the creative head of the brand, your work will include:

Digital marketing campaigns

- Reviewing end-to-end PPC strategy and execution

- Managing the marketing team

- Set quarterly brand budgets, and supervise projects, budgets and timelines.

Improve lead generation and conversion

- Budget planning and implementation schedules to achieve revenue goals

- Help streamline digital ads (Facebook, Google, Snapchat)

- Devise and implement a email marketing strategy for newsletters and promos

- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and maximize ROI

- Experience with different marketplaces is not required but preferred

Data collection and analysis

- Measure and provide internal reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns by assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Establish data collection mechanisms + processes, allowing quick feedback loops for various cross functional teams

- Measure and improve site traffic

- Monitor competitor activity and keep an eye out for trends

A little bit of everything

- Manage and optimize for on-page and off-page SEO

- Design a strategy for PR and backlink opportunities

- Design and develop different messaging strategies for key stakeholders

- Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and web analytics tools

- Perform A/B Tests and other multivariate experiments & measure the performance of CTAs to improve lead generation and conversion rates consistently

- Defining the brand voice, as it relates to digital/social communication as well as our physical products and experience.

- Develop innovative marketing campaigns that help tell meaningful stories, connect to customers, and drive awareness.

- Work with internal and external teams to produce and execute larger promotional and editorial campaigns, and deliver long-term brand partnerships and collaborations (example: offline events, co branded products, digital collaborations with other brands, video-based campaigns)
