The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1) Lead Customer Acquisition, Retention and Monetization

- Lead GTM strategy and user growth for app, analyzing trends and metrics to drive actionable programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage marketing initiatives, evaluate partners, and cultivate external relationships for business growth.

2) Brand Marketing

- Own brand communication strategy, oversee content and consumer marketing efforts, and develop and execute playbook for introducing users to new features, driving retention and engagement through in-app communications and campaigns.

3) Provide Support in Delivering Business Plans

- Coordinate with internal departments for promotional inputs and content.

4) Provide Support in Delivering Business Plans

5) Optimizing and improve ROI of marketing spends

6) Talent Pipeline, Succession Planning and Team Development

7) Networking & Relationship Building with Industry Bodies, Stakeholders and Strategic Partners

Preference for candidates with MBA in Marketing as well as candidates coming from Healthcare Pharmaceutical platforms.

Location of the role will be Mumbai. Candidates from Mumbai or willing to shift to Mumbai will be preferred.
