Client Details :

The client is a specialty retailer in the home and kitchen ware segment, catering to premium markets, and a global name in its segment. It already has a presence in India, in both the retail as well as institutional channel for the biggest names in the hospitality sector. To support its growth in the Indian market and bring its brand to more premium channels, they are looking for someone to head Marketing and Communications.

Description :

Reporting to the MD, the candidate would be responsible for :

- Leading the marketing efforts for the brand in India, supported by global marketing teams

- Looking after ATL, BTL, social media - All touch-points of the brand in the premium market

- Understanding and designing the website look and feel, while it becomes a transaction-friendly channel

- Working with external agencies to further PR and communications for the brand

Profile

- The ideal candidate would come with 3 - 4 years of marketing and communications experience from premium retail brands only.

- A vision for the brand, excellent communication skills, and previous exposure to agency working would be essential. Someone who can take the existing brand and elevate it to the existing target clientele, while deploying creative branding campaigns, would be a perfect fit.
