Job Description - Lead planning and execution of marketing & communication initiatives for a Business Unit comprising of Internal and External Communications, Events, Market information tracking, and research, Content, and Messaging. Reporting to the Business Unit CEO and Group CMO.

Description
- Planning, execution and content/messaging for marketing and communication needs for the BU
- Annual marketing/communication calendar for the BU with initiatives as well as key messages targeted for key stakeholders (Talent, Partners, Customer, Regulator)
- End to end ownership for Internal Communication & CEO Townhalls, Events, Market Research and crafting of key messages required towards CEO's speakership and important stakeholder meetings/engagements, Sales & Marketing collaterals (videos, presentations, brochures/posters etc), Project related events and local communication support
- Work with Group Marketing & Communication team for external PR and digital marketing
- Understanding business needs and translating to a marketing and communications plan
- Developing and tracking Marketing Budget for the BU
- Create annual marketing and Communication plan and calendar for the BU addressing business objectives
- Ownership of end-to-end planning, execution and content for all communication elements
- Liaise with Group PR & Communication for external PR and advocacy agendas
- Work closely with Group Digital Marketing team for website and social media content/promotion for the business
- Collaboration and Project Management across direct/indirect teams is key
Profile
- The successful candidate should carry 8 to 15 years of experience in Marketing Communications specifically in Power or Infrastructure sector
- Should also carry specialisation in Mass Communication or equivalent
- Having an MBA is desirable
