You'll be working with an emerging deep-tech EV startup, which is pre-series funded and has best specification based product.

- This team runs on leads, coffee, more leads, and an infectious passion to create a city-wide network of charging stations.

- This team bring alive the proposition of EV Startup and get the partners onboard.

Key Resposibilities :

- Spearhead the design function for Exponent's brand & marketing team by building a design system for Exponent and its product brands:: E-pack & E-pump.

- Help create stunning marketing assets across online and offline mediums.

- Oversee the design process across multiple disciplines and ensure that all teams are set up for success.

What we look for :

- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C brands. Prior experience at a tech startup is a plus.

- A killer design aesthetic and an excellent handle on design across mediums. Our team will rely on you to bring your experience as a creative leader to help push each project to be better than the last.

- Experience developing and driving long-term vision and design strategy

- Ability to articulate the impact that design has on the business

- A good sense of humor (Yes, we're very serious about this - it's a deal-breaker)
