- Develop and implement a communications strategy that builds and maintains a positive brand image

- Spearhead and manage the content strategy for the brand across B2B & B2C segments

- Manage all PR activities and drive public imagery of the brand and its various in-house brands

- Build, lead, and review work of the creative team with regards to all web, print and digital collaterals

- Conceptualize and drive branding campaigns for B2C, brands and various alliances and plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives for the brand- Drive communication & branding across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook etc

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver messages, ease of navigation, and clarity of information alongside building online selling interfaces for sales teams to drive penetration

- Develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear creative strategies

- Design marketing campaigns for different online and offline events and drive engagement with diverse consumer segments

- Proactively identify opportunities for engagement and influence relevant stakeholders

- Guide the brand's strategic choices and vision, services and innovations, and marketing elements across all media while collaborating with multi-functional teams and agency partners

- Develop Events & Promotion Strategy and drive on ground execution across regions to create differential customer experiences through a well-planned calendar

- Ensure high top of mind awareness - Coordinate with Business Development, Projects and Operation teams for all New Store Opening activities pertaining to signage's, logos and marketing collaterals

- Work closely with the Growth team to implement marketing strategies to support various customer acquisition and revenue enhancement initiatives/schemes

- Work closely with the Business Development team on various tenders and provide required marketing support in creating presentations, brand guides and video content as required for B2B stakeholders

- Manage external agencies/partners and deliver marketing related prerequisites for tenders as required in a timely manner in conjunction with other internal teams

Ideal Profile:

- Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills alongside good interpersonal skills

- Should have strong leadership, multi-tasking, and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible with a diverse group of people

- Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals

- Should have the ability to quickly adapt to diversity, culture, and ethos of the organization

- Should be a self-starter, a go-getter and someone who takes initiative and sees through tasks to completion

- 10+ years of experience in handling business communications, digital & public relations, creative marketing, events & promotions including supervisory and comprehensive marketing experience

- MBA (Marketing)/Post Graduate Degree in Communications/Mass Media/Marketing
