Roles & Responsibilities:
- To Convert marketing and communication strategies into creatives and materials supporting integrated campaigns for new and existing products.
- To Lead the conceptualization & execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns.
- To Manage the creative agency to develop 360 degree offline campaigns
- To Monitor the brand's health, customer satisfaction levels and garnering consumer and category insights.
- To Leverage consumer insights to develop compelling & effective campaigns to meet business objectives
- To Drive the agencies to implement impactful innovations across media.
- To Liaison with the global team to leverage existing global assets and influence development of new ones.
- To Co-develop marketing programmes with key e-comm partners.
