Job Title : Lead Manager Organisation(Business/Sector): Finance Department/Unit : Accounting Ops Location : Chennai (India) Reports to : GBS RTR Lead Main purpose of the role 1. Lead Manager is the team lead of the Specialists working on Operational level at Global Hub Chennai and is primary escalation point for ensuring the Process under scope works at the operational level for Scope at Global Hub. 2. Lead Manager ensures Standardization/ harmonization of process under scope by leading a team of Specialists who all work on same process across global scope and ensures cross-learning and improvements 3. Responsible for Operational KPIs for process under scope at global level 4. Team lead of Accounting Specialists at Hub for process in scope including hiring, induction, learning, development and progression of Specialists Accounting Operations RTR Function is responsible for delivering Correct and timely Financial statements of the organization with reliable and predictable quality including responsibility for Internal and External Audits and Internal controls on Financial reporting. In 2016, India Hub was created to provide FP&A and RTR services at Global scope for all organizations within the group. The Hub has scaled up in last 2 years and RTR Services for all Regions are being provided through Chennai Global Hub is now set for next stage of development with Increased Business insights and E2E Ownership within RTR Processes and increased interactions and problem resolution to provide high quality Financial reporting in an independent, reliable and consistent manner Reporting - Primary reporting line to: RTR Accounting Ops Lead, Global Hub Acc Ops. Has a team of specialists reporting into the position Key working relations - RTR Team at Infosys and Markets including BPO/ BPE community - Internal & External Auditors: To respond to questions from auditors on process in scope - Market leads/ Accounting Controllers at markets and Hubs to ensure KPIs at ORU level are met - Other CoE Leads and BPO/ BPE Community for Cross Process projects and Improvement/ Transformation projects
