Post Merger Integration Lead/Manager
- Carry out detailed program management plan; secures sign off from all the functional team on the integration scope and timelines
- Ability to design processes and systems to track and manage synergy
- Ability to develop integration strategy and create integration plan
- Lead the integration program, proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues, identifying risks and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Effectively apply knowledge of post merger integration process, framework and templates in day to day activities.
- Understanding of process of various Business Enabling Functions and facilitate cross functional discussions
- Provide recommendations and insight on improving PMI process
