The Client :

- A large diversified business group with portfolio ranging from Real Estate, FMCG, Auto, Construction, Engineering and Services with HQ at Oman.

- FMCG business contributes to almost 40-50% of the total revenue and is the leading provider of Brand Distribution and Retail Management Solutions for global, international and regional Business Partners.

The Role :

- The Management Assurance Lead / Manager role is a part of Corporate Governance ensuring compliance of strategic, tactical and operational processes / policies are in line with the Corporate policy.

- The role is a mix of Audit / Assurance / Compliance, Risk Management - assessment and action planning, Gap Analysis, Business Process Improvement/Consulting to make sure the business processes are in line with the best in the world in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.

The Person :

- Chartered Accountant with about 2 to 6 years extensive experience in Management Assurance / Audit function in FMCG space (OR) Chartered Accountant with Audit / Assurance experience in Big4 consulting firms predominantly in FMCG space.

- Good Stakeholder Mgmt, People Mgmt skills with ability to relate operational level deliverables to the strategic intent of the organisation.
