Lead Manager - IT Business Partner - Global Retail & POS - FMCG

Opening is with COE/Technology center of one of the largest FMCG company in world. Would prefer candidates from similar setup.

This role falls under the deploy solution group hence the person would be responsible majorly for:

- Deployment and delivery of the IT technology Solutions to the distributive trade business

- Business partnering with across market clusters) hence global exposure is a must.

Key Skills:

- Deep appreciation of setting up large IT technology

- IT Business Partnering Experience

- Good to have or desirable - knowledge of SAP IS Retail Solution or SAP SD functionality

- Experience in change management

- Experience in large SAP/IT solution deployment or roll out in CPG industry

- Experience in managing external suppliers, internal teams
