Lead/Manager - Delivery - Public Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Should have excellent exposure covering the entire value chain of Public Finance / municipal bond market.

- Research on counties & municipal authorities, confidential information memorandum, municipal issuance volume analysis, bondholder analysis, comparable municipal bond analysis, financial analysis of public authorities.

- Exposure of managing client engagements and project life cycles.

- Valuation of companies by building comprehensive financial models including bond pricing (using DBC platform), refunding model, rating model, debt sizing & refinancing model.

- Expert knowledge on financial databases(Bloomberg, TM3, MuniGuard, DBC, EMMA, Inframation, P3 Bulletin).

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Excel VBA knowledge is an added advantage).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage stakeholders in meaning discussion on the industry outlook and current themes.
