Job Description:

- Responsible for supporting the Intelligent Sales and Services Transformation team

- Responsible for driving campaign setup, execution in test and final implementation in production/ live environment across markets

- Responsible for suggesting process changes or enhancement to business rules based on campaign analysis.

- Ensure the knowledge and best practices are shared across multiple markets

- Drive CIM tool user training for all local market leads

- Manage relationship with key stakeholders in the Business (Onshore and Offshore) to build confidence in team, facilitate migration of additional responsibilities to team and enable stakeholders investment in development of the team

- Drive Analytics wide initiatives (Recruitment, Process-efficiency, On-boarding etc...)

- Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to streamline them

- Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable. Take timely action on Audit comments and be able to demonstrate compliance with Internal controls

- Recruit, on-board, train, coach, develop talent and proactively retain high performing team members

- Responsible for mentoring/managing team members (as required) and should also be hands on delivery.

- Ensure productivity and output of the self and team (as required) should fall in line with the stated SLAs. Monthly monitoring and review of all projects with stakeholders to ensure that all stated SLAs are met

Experience & Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputed University with concentration on computer science, information technology or other quantitative field such as statistics

- Strong analytical skills with 8+ years of proven campaign management/ business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.

- Person should be a subject matter expert (SME) on business intelligence and should have advanced understanding of any business intelligence tool (preferably Teradata CIM tool).

- Knowledge of campaign management life cycle (design, development, execution, tracking, post campaign analysis) is a plus

- Knowledge of SAS, SQL and other equivalent analytical tools is a plus

- Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success
