Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Alliance Manager to join our team. The Alliance Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of collaborative initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop joint initiatives.

- Coordinate and lead partnership meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.

- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience:

- MBA / PG with 8+ years of experience in Alliance Management, Business Development, or Partnership Management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Patience and resilience in managing complex partnerships.

- Great product knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
