- Planning and executing all marketing and communication activities for the members
- Strategize and plan innovative campaigns across the customer journey
- To generate insights through analytics from customer data to help acquisition, engagement and retention
- Taking charge of the marketing automation cloud specifically the Adobe campaign and analytics module
- Team management and efficient utilization of resources and agencies
- To effectively manage the budget allotted for marketing and preparing the budget plan
- Manage and lead IT developments related to the marketing automation product and other IT enhancements related to marcom
- Member events and activations
- BTL and ATL activities for the program
- Periodic reports and dashboards for program health
