Loan Origination System- Lead

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a LOS Lead - who can manage the delivery as a Scrum Master to coordinate with a large vendor software development team. Primarily experienced on the Salesforce Platform and acting as an Implementation Lead, Application Owner, Delivery Lead for SFDC LOS Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and dependencies across all integrating systems

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage projects scope and timeline for LOS

- Preferably have worked on SFDC as LOS

- Preferably have worked in NBFC, Financial services domain

- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

- Manage multiple projects and dependencies across, Fintechs, BRE, LMS and other workstreams

- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

- Help teams implement changes effectively

- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

- Scrum master certification is a plus

- Must operate with independence and autonomy

- Define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale with a deep understanding of those platforms' capabilities and underlying technologies.

- Breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)

- Work on programs to define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale

- Dive deep to understand of the platform's capabilities and underlying technologies.

- Take data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams

- Debate the delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers

- Communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity

- Build relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.
