This opportunity is with a reputed client, which is a technology stack for building and running financial services. Roles and responsibilities : - Setting-up, stabilizing and conducting activities relating to RBI compliance, company registrar documents in India and in line with required frameworks and processes. - First point of contact for all regulators, ROC etc. - Working closely with internal teams to ensure the timely preparation and completion of RBI audits, legal contracts and Company Secretarial filing - Assist central team in setting up internal and regulatory-driven policies for India and develop a compliance culture. - Assist the business to review and closure of legal documents. - Reviewing of process and product note from compliance perspective. Desired Skills and Abilities : - CS with minimum 4 years- experience in legal advisory / CS / Regulatory in Banks &amp; NBFC - LLB/LLM from a reputed institute - Experience working with NBFC, Fintech and / or business correspondent company, ideally in a start-up environment - Conversant with RBI circulars, AADHAR guidelines
