Position: Lead - Legal.

Location: Siri Fort, New Delhi. WFO

Job description:

Lead and handle all legal, litigation and compliance related matters, which includes:

1. Working with the operations, technology and marketing teams on contracts and procurement, including drafting, vetting and negotiation

2. Compliance related advice to the company as a whole, as well as on specific projects or activities throughout their life-cycle

3. Keeping the company apprised of salient legal/policy developments, court rulings etc.

4. Working with the policy team to give governance related advice to the company

5. Litigation management, drafting and vetting court pleadings, notices etc.

Ideal candidate:

1. Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in a corporate legal team or a reputable law firm.

2. Candidates with 17+ years of experience will be preferred.

3. Candidates with experience working in IT, fintech or e-commerce sectors will be preferred.

4. Early joiners will be preferred.
