Lead- Legal (Lucknow)

Location : Lucknow

Exp : 5 to 14 Years

Educational Qualification : LLB

Must have : Person from either Legal Firm or Corporate background bur should be very strong in Contract Management(Drafting, Reviewing, Structuring, Negotiation and Finalizing),Legal Advisory, Legal Research and Litigation Matter.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Structuring, drafting, finalizing and executing contracts and related documents

2. Providing general corporate advisory to management keeping in line with the business of the company

3. Preparing check lists and standardizing formats to reduce turnaround time

4. Reviewing the aspects affecting the company for bidding of a new project under PPP model.

5. Liaise with external counsels for Legal opinions and expert advice.

6. Provide monthly reports and MIS to management
