Lead - Learning & Talent
Out client is a leading retail firm based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and lead the digital capability agenda across the organization across verticals for corporates and stores
- Build and lay down the digital capability framework, programs and modules across functions at a group level
- Review and revamp existing learning processes
- Partner and work closely with the business and COEs to understand talent learning needs and implement the same
- Engage with and onboard suitable vendors to develop various programs as per the identified business needs
- Lead the framework for development, analysis and effectiveness across all capability programs
- Lead talent management across development paths, career frameworks and increase the firm's talent value proposition
Skills & Experience:
- 10-12 years of overall HR experience
- Master's degree or equivalent from a Tier 1/ 2 institutes
- Mandatory experience as a learning specialist and in digital learning in the eComm/ B2C/ retail space
- Strong business acumen and understanding of eComm/ B2C/ retail industry
- Ability to weigh in on learning/ talent related decisions in which the type of learning program/ methodology can be the difference between success and failure
