Lead - Learning & Organisation Development  Company:  One of India's largest diversified financial services company providing a broad range of financial products and services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, institutions and individuals.   Brief Job role:  To develop, facilitate and monitor- strategy & Support of Learning and Org Development plan that includes training professional development opportunities  To develop and build strong influential relationships across all Stakeholders to add value and implement L&D Initiatives in line with the overall people & business Strategy  To plan, Manage & Execute the creation of L&D plans for all Processes that will include leaders and potential leaders  To direct the planning & implementation& evaluation of leadership training & Professional development activities and program  To provide advice & collaborate closely with HR business partner & business heads and their leadership team on all talent & possible other L&OD issues  To strategize, plan, align & coordinate delivery of leadership training & Professional development to ensure leaders have the knowledge & skills to be successful in their jobs  To effectively manage external vendors to support the delivery of the development agenda  The Candidate :   15 years plus experience  MBA in HR preferably from XLRI/TISS  High Domain knowledge  High Emotional Quotient  Passionate about gaining & sharing knowledge  People Management Skills & People Understanding Skills  Demonstrated imitative, creativity & innovative thinking   Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly  Project Management skills experience in delivering value creating project on time & within Budget
