L&D Lead-Fresher Training

The Organization is a global digital transformation solution provider.

Position: L&D Fresher Training

Location: South India

Job Description:

- Responsible for Fresher training which included process training, setting up hostels, engaging with various stakeholders/partners and to ensure their productive at the earliest

- Identify, develop and drive training programs, as required, to cover a larger population of employees and improve learning face time. Recommends appropriate delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer.

- Create and execute learning strategies and programs

- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

- Create and implement innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, culture and Group learning philosophy

- Constantly identify individuals, teams and organizations short and medium-term needs

- Translate company strategies into actionable learning & development strategies, plans and initiatives.

- Develop sound relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees to understand Training needs and accordingly envisage appropriate development interventions

- Develop & deliver new learning curriculum and drive programs right from program delivery to evaluation of effectiveness.

- Facilitate learning events & workshop, measure the learning impact for continuous improvement and communicate to the business

- Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency

- Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business

- Promote learning activity and contribution to business, internally and externally

- Manage partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers

- Identify, recruit, develop and reward internal speakers/trainers

- The individual should be able to engage with senior members of the organization to prioritize and create learning artefacts, deliver training and implement communication activities

- Stay up-to-date on learning news and trends

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

- Self-driven & passionate for learning and development with excellent interpersonal skills

- Ensure efficiency of learning organization and resources

- A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration

- Ability to analyse data to gather insights and find opportunities - Build and manage relationships

- Ability to manage simultaneous projects and meet deadlines

- Proactive, positive and innovative mind

- Attention to detail and complex processes

- Technical & Functional knowledge on learning & development is must
