Role Title : Lead - Learning & Development (Tech & Product Training)

Location : Mumbai

Job Role :

- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) in TECH or PRODUCT training Experience

- Professional to join our team at a rapidly growing consumer TECHNOLOGY company based in India.

- The ideal candidate should have at least 6-7 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective learning and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees.

- The L&D Professional will work closely with managers and team leaders to identify training needs, develop training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development program that aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of our employees.

2. Work closely with managers and team leaders to identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs.

3. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that address specific skill gaps and improve employee performance.

4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements based on feedback and results.

5. Utilize various learning methodologies, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training, to deliver effective training.

6. OPTIONAL: Identify, Deploy & Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS), including updating training materials and tracking employee progress and completion.

7. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in L&D and implement them as appropriate

Intended outcomes :

1. End to end ownership of capability needs in People, Processes and Systems.

2. Enable employees with the right mindset, skill set and preparedness to take

on the challenges of the business environment.

3. Creation of a workforce able to build world class technology & product team.

4. Acquisition or Design of curated content, in line with departmental & individual developmental needs.

Job requirements :

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Technology or systems.

2. 6-7 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field in Tech or Product training experience.

3. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles.

4. Strong affinity for technology platforms and understanding of latest trends in the tech space

5. Experience in designing and delivering a range of training programs, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

7. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

9. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

10. Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

11. Familiarity with the consumer tech industry is a plus.
