Lead Learning & Talent Management
- Lead all learning activities and talent management initiatives for the organization.
- Responsible for the design, launch, and implementation of all learning initiatives.
- Responsible for designing, communicating & implementing talent management initiatives including competency framework development, succession planning, Hi-Potential identification, Individual Development Plans for such individuals, etc.
- Lead and set the processes with an objective of grooming, nurturing, and retaining high-performing talent across all levels.
- Design, drive & implement all Talent Management initiatives across the Group
- Drive the Rewards & Recognition framework across the Group
- Standardise the hiring process of the organization
- Lead the Leadership development program of the Group
Experience & Skills :
- MBA in HR from a good institute with 12 to 15 yrs of relevant experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to front end and lead conversations with the leadership group,
- Lead from the front - willing to roll up his/her sleeves to see all initiatives through.
- Excellent communication skills and articulation skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, diverse environment.
