Job Description - This position will be leading the entire L&D Function for the organization

Client Details: A leading NBFC organisation

Description:

- Your role would include design,develop, and deliver great training interventions across the organisation

- You will build learning interventions with an eye on building the organisation for the future

- You would need to ensure a WOW experience for the learners. You will be their support system

- You will create framework to support to fresh employees in build the relevant skills to excel in their respective roles!

- You will be the anchor for all Learning related Org-wide activities, so we will trust your judgement while making decisions!

Profile:

- Post graduation with HR specialisation with a keen interest in making a career in this function

- At least 3 years of Experience in L&D

- Understanding of aspects in HR with a view to implement various projects

- Enjoy interacting with people and building strong relationships
