L&D Lead (Leadership/Change Management)
One of our clients- a leading startup is looking for a seasoned L&D Leader with strong expertise in leading Leadership Development programs.
Its a very meaty role which will cover all aspects of L&D- from TNA, content creation, delivery, working with partners, LMS, and analysing outcomes and sharing with CXOs.
Please Do Note This Role Is With A Startup So Only Apply If You Are Keen On Working In A Startup. Also Leadership Development Experience Is Non Negotiable. So do not apply to this if you have been into sales/retail/process/new hire trainings.
The role will encompass the following :
- Understanding the training needs of Managers, Senior Managers, Leadership team and building a training plan
- Leading Training Content development directly as well as through partners/experts
- Facilitating Leadership development for Mid Level Managers
- Create and manage budgets for the trainings
- Program Manage the entire leadership development training from TNA to content creation to delivery to learning success
- Analyse learning outcomes and present dashboards to the management
- Bring best practices to the organization on leadership development
To fit the bill, you must have :
- 7+ years of experience in L&D with strong focus on Program Management
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Leadership Development
- Facilitated leadership development programs for mid level management
- Experience of content development and program execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced work environment.
- Strong exposure to LMS
This is not a WFH role and will be Mumbai based.
