Position Summary:
As the Lead - Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for Orientation, designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs across multiple hospitals within the group. This role will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among our employees, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Speaking and understanding of Telugu will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong Stake Holders Management skills.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads, HR partners, and performance evaluations.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, orientations, workshops, and learning interventions for various levels of employees, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, simulations) to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources.
- Oversee the administration of learning management systems (LMS), including course scheduling, enrollment, and tracking of employee progress.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
- Lead a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the organization.
- Use data analytics to measure and improve performance support through training.
Qualifications & Required Skillset:
- A dynamic training professional with 12 - 15 years of core L&D experience with any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Candidate with well-spoken and knowledge of Telugu is most preferred and will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal & facilitation skills.
- Experience of effective management of front-line training
- Experience of supervisory/managerial development
- Outstanding organizing and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates working from Hospitals, Hospitality, retails sectors will be preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
