As the Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. Your primary focus will be on driving organizational growth and excellence through effective learning initiatives tailored to the specific needs of our luxury real estate business.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across various departments and roles.

- Design and deliver high-quality training programs that cater to the professional development needs of employees at all levels.

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure maximum participation and learning retention.

- Provide coaching and mentoring support to potential leaders to enhance their managerial and leadership capabilities.

- Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives with the performance management process.

- Develop and oversee a comprehensive onboarding and orientation program for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and accelerated integration into the organization.

- Work closely with HR and management to develop effective succession planning strategies to ensure continuity and sustainability of leadership roles.

Requirements:

- MBA in HR, Training and Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 7-15 years in learning and development, preferably within the real estate or luxury industry. (hospitality industry preferred)

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse employee groups.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.
