Lead L&D- Fintech Startup/ Insurance
- Develops and implements the strategic HR agenda and how that supports the wider, global business strategy.
- Training for Product/sales teams for a headcount of 300+
- This is an IC role as it is a startup and the role will report into the COO
- Provides advice and counsel to the Managing Director, India and their senior leadership team on organizational and people issues.
- Provides data backed, insights and recommendations to influence decision-making that enhances the employee experience.
- Continually seeks to harmonize and improve the organization's policies, procedures and practices for the effective management of people resources of the company by making recommendations to executive management.
- Fosters an employee-oriented culture in support of the leadership team that emphasizes partnership, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and address capability/developmental gaps in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Manages and develops the inclusion and diversity roadmap with a focus on achieving measurable, sustainable results.
- Leads the HR team and plans for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the team as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.
- Participates on committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.
