Job Description :
Task at hand :

As the Learning & Development Lead you will be closely working with the Chief People Officer, HR LT and Business Leaders towards the development of company employees. You will be the anchor for creating the learning strategy, intervention list rationalization and get the opportunity to make a difference at the workplace through Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives. At company, we believe in the philosophy of Learn, Lead and Grow!

You will be :

- Leading all areas of L&D at company, which include Employee life-cycle development, Behavioural Skills, Functional skills development and Career Enhancement academies (these are customised for functions and roles). The Functional Learning platforms include mobile learning, e-learning, simulation/games, instructor-led sessions and blended learning journeys along with Assessment and Development centres.

- Partnering closely with Business/Functional leads, Business Talent Management Departments and HR business partners to drive, enhance performance productivity and efficiency. Identify training needs appropriately - diagnose, design and deliver the right learning solutions customised for each business line/function.

- Also, work to fine tune the learning needs and to articulate development roadmap for critical roles.

- Identifying training partners, designing training programs and executing them.

- Managing all process, communication and technology for training and development programs.

- Engaging in decision making and guidelines pertaining to capability development.

- Closely following new talent management and L&D research, materials, methods and techniques; incorporate new ideas into programs at company.

- Face of the organization at internal and external forums such as webinars, expert discussions and surveys.

- Representing and promoting the learning at company on social platform.

- Constantly interacting with external Learning Partners, Content Providers and Technology Partners.

- Impacting company's large customer base and its business hugely

- Negotiating and convincingly demonstrating the impact and efficacy of interventions on the business.

To perform this job well, you must have :

- Project Management Skills. Well, you run the show & handle the development interventions. So you must be able to work in tight timescales.

- Functional Knowledge and Business Acumen. Experience and knowledge counts!! You will have to lead and support the initiatives.

- Design Thinking. Diagnose, design and deliver!!

- Curiosity and Agility to continuously learn and advocate contemporary learning solutions

- Executive Presence. Hey, you have to convince the bosses of your initiatives through your verbal abilities.

- Teamwork and Collaboration. Relationships are critical in your area of work, so be prepared to work together with a lot of people.

- Results Oriented Behaviour. Targets matter!!! So be prepared to achieve results and accomplish tasks.
- Analytical and problem-solving attitude. Demonstrate the impact of your interventions on business.

- Networking and inter-personal skills. You will need to interact with loads of people, the business heads as well as the employees.

- Stakeholder Management Skills. Here's your opportunity to interact, negotiate and manage all stakeholders, both internal and external.
