Summary of the Job Position:

Learning Consulting (LC) team is customer facing arm of OT and is the most critical department from customer experience and revenue perspective. The team works closely with our customers and enables them to find the best solution for their learning needs. This includes but is not limited to, deeply partnering with various stakeholders on the customer side and supporting their journey on the marketplace platform - throughout the lifecycle of learning and development, i.e. from Needs Identification (TNA/TNI), Solutioning, Finalization and the execution. The team comprises category-specific LCs who specialize in one or more categories from below list:

1. Domain Upskilling - IT or any Industry

2. Functional upskilling

3. New Hire Bootcamps

4. Employee Engagement and Wellness

5. Assessments & Assessment Center

6. Content Creation Service

7. Subscription to Content Platforms

8. LXP/LMS

9. Behavioural Upskilling - Executive Coaching | Leadership Development | HR/OD

Consulting | D&I

KPI of the Consulting Team:

- Ensure all learning needs from a customer are successfully solutioned and booked, as per OT's quality and timeline standards

- Collect feedback from the customer about OT's performance

- Connect with different stakeholders at the customer end to grow OT's reach and hence increase the revenue from the account

Location & Work Setup:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka

- Hybrid (2-3 days work from office)

- Flexible working hours

- Collaborate with Vendor/Partners to scout for and curate best learning solution as per the customer need

- Ensure closer of the requests raised by the customer, leading to bookings and revenue realization

- Speak to various stakeholders of the customer and ensure OT's adoption increases, leading to growth of revenue

- Work towards improving the existing process at customer end as well as within OT (inter- department collaboration)

- Work on improving the training material used to onboard and orient newly hired LC team members

Educational Qualification - Graduation / Post-Graduation from tier-1 or tier-2 school

Experience:

- 7-10 Years of Experience

- 3+ years of experience in consulting role or sales or account management role for L&D services/products

- 3+ years of Core Learning & Development experience

- Prior experience of creating developmental journeys on their own

- Prior experience with start-ups will be a plus
