Company : A leading Big4 Consulting Firm

Position : Learning and Development Manager Lead

Core Responsibilities :

- As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

- Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Helping the OU meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.

- Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.

- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

- Working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.

- Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required.

- Work with Senior Managers and cluster leads to identify appropriate training requirements for their respective clusters/markets.

- Alert Senior Management team of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to lack of skill sets.

- Manage and support the Private leader in leading the expansion and growth in the overall Corporate practice.

- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

- Promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams.

- Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.

- Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
