- Ensure strategic alignment of the training with business (Branch Banking) goals.
- Identifying training needs & budget by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
- Developing and implementing new learning strategies and programs.
- Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
- Providing Training to sales & operations team through classroom training, online modules, on-the-job training, business workshops.
- Developing of Product and sales training content, materials and presentations
- Managing behavioral and leadership interventions (PAN India) for Commercial Banking
- Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training programs meets business needs and improving performance of employees trained
- Managing the technologies including a learning management system to manage, deliver training and conduct evaluations
- Interaction and training planning with Zonal managers, Regional and Cluster Managers as a part of capacity building of Skills Development and employee training
- Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements
- Conducting training observations and feedbacks from stakeholders and determine opportunities for improving efficiency and quality of delivery
- Lead the development of staffing strategy in alignment with organizational objectives to ensure business goals are met.
