Key Responsibilities:

- Devise and execute a learning strategy and program in alignment with organizational goals.

- Fully comprehend the training needs of different business units.

- Implement diverse training modalities including product, soft skills, and leadership training.

- Manage budgeting, contract negotiation, and relationships with third-party training providers.

- Design and develop training materials, including e-learning courses.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and adjust as required.

- Oversees the training-related development of the HR team.

- Serves as the primary contact for training and development inquiries.

- Collaborate efficiently with pertinent stakeholders.

- Stay updated on learning trends, changes in learning theory, and advancements in learning technologies.

Requirements:

- Over 15 years of established professional experience in HR-related fields.

- Holds a full-time MBA/Postgraduate degree in HR from a prestigious institution.

- Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with keen attention to detail.

- Skilled in managing training & development, content creation, and execution.

- Capable of engaging with personnel across all levels in a dynamic environment.

- Displays a strong inclination towards employee learning and technology in learning.

- Efficient problem-solver with a knack for swift issue resolution.

- Demonstrates effective communication and engagement with employees.

- Possesses analytical prowess and adeptness in presenting information.

- Able to effectively convey information to various audiences, including clients, public groups, boards of directors, and management.
