Lead - Learning Curriculum Design - Consulting Firm

Work you will do

- Collaborate with Master Class program directors (CEOs, CHROs) and industry leaders (guest faculty) to create the course content that drives learning outcomes.

- Bring innovative and unique learning interventions that meet the goals of a high-impact learning program.

- Research and utilize emerging tools and technologies to provide a modern and exciting learning experience to the participants.

- Educate self and team members on future trends in learning
 
Qualifications & Work Experience Required :

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR (those with degrees in Psychology, English Literature, Communications with HR domain experience will also fit the role)

- 6 to 12 years of experience in the field of learning and development

- Exposure to modern-day instructional-design techniques, curriculum/program planning, and continuous learning practices

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders

- Broad involvement in project management activities

- Handled projects for a diverse audience base, across industries and geographies

Key Skills and Experience Required :

- Should have worked in corporate learning, executive education or eLearning firm

- Proficient with MS Office (MS Word and PowerPoint)

- Demonstrate excellent writing and project management skills

- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels

- Understand learning needs and project specifications

- Ability to write a crisp and effective instruction

- Created and revised storyboards for various delivery formats- Instructor lead training/on-demand web-based training.

- Worked with graphic designers and programmers in developing the product within given timelines

Preferred Candidate :

- Possess a flexible work style and be able to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods in order to meet deadlines

- Work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team, environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team

- Possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects; Will proactively investigate and mitigate risks, coordinating with team members and others to resolve issues and escalate issues as necessary

- Outstanding storyboarding and visualization skills and the ability to communicate their instructional ideas to the graphics and technical team members while developing learning solutions as well as advanced attention to detail are required for success in this role
