Corporate Shiksha is building an academy for HR professionals and are looking to hire a community manager to lead the efforts in creating an effective and engaged learning community

The impact you'll make:

- Work closely with learning program design group to design high-impact learning programs to build capability and professional skills for HR professional as informed by industry research

- Execute programs end-to-end; create project plans, stakeholder maps, manage execution and adoption of programs.

- Identify and bridge gaps in learning design, curate and customize content for learners to ensure a world-class experience for each participant

- Help master class participants and community members find the solutions to their learning needs with faster turnaround with a continuous feedback loop.

- Identify and engage with Industry thought leader /prospective members of the community

- Crowdsource list of problem statements, solutions users are seeking

- Build playbooks and templates for most common learning community needs (e.g., Developing podcasts, Gamification)

- Bring best in class sustainable approaches to ensure high impact learning experiences

(e.g. micro-learning, peer learning, action learning, blended solutions, learning portal management, toolkits, videos, podcast, templates and sample worksheets.

- Consistently improve on training experiences by measuring impact and seeking stakeholder feedback to determine areas for improvement.

Skills you- ll bring:

- A Master's Degree in HR or equivalent.

- 5 - 7 years+ experience in HR/L&D/Employer Branding.

- Experience leading projects and initiatives from start to finish.

- Experience working and collaborating with different stakeholders in global time zones preferred

- Well versed with typical functional and organizational challenges faced by HR professionals.

- Spent time participating in and/or moderating HR communities. Experience managing and supporting a forum is a plus.

- A strong drive to network and help fellow HR professional succeed at work

- Excellent written and oral communication.

- A pulse on HR trends and the ability to build meaningful discussions on social media that help people participate

- Strong understanding of the career journey of an HR professional - what are competencies that accelerate career growth for an HR professional

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
