Purpose of the job: To play an instrumental role in designing and implementing the leadership learning and development framework in the organization with the objective of building future-ready leaders Key Responsibilities : - Develop a competency-based leadership learning framework focused on building key leadership traits at various stages of career progression/ role requirements/ succession requirements - Lead design & delivery of leadership development programs/ interventions - Design & anchor learning journeys for specific cohorts - e.g., Hi- Potential Leaders, Emerging Leaders, Women Leaders, etc. - Partner with various Business Units (BUs), understand business priorities & create relevant leadership learning solutions - Identify and partner with suitable learning partners/vendors/ channels to offer best-in-class learning solutions - Focus on and build Organisation's coaching and mentoring programs - Evaluate appropriate technology platforms for L&D in Organisation Functional Capabilities : - Strong conceptual depth in learning, motivation, leadership development and performance - Good understanding of the landscape of learning - best practices and cutting edge thinking and technology in learning - Demonstrated understanding of business, department and individual learning needs in learning need identification and learning effectiveness measurement - Capability for end-to-end design and implementation of learning processes and interventions - from defining desired capabilities and frameworks, identifying learning needs, designing content and implementing L&D processes and initiatives - Ability to facilitate independently - Proficiency in identifying metrics, deploying tools that assess effectiveness of learning programs Leadership Capabilities - Problem Solving- Ability to solve problems through understanding of the business context, individual/group profile and learning needs - Influencing - Ability to work across businesses and independently to drive the learning agenda - Communication and facilitation - Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders to drive the learning agenda - Project Management- Ability to manage multiple learning programs and developmental interventions - Team Management- Ability to drive performance and engage the team Experience : - 7 + years of experience in Leadership Consulting and / or Corporate Learning team/s
