Looking for someone who can lead Leadership hiring for LATAM, Europe and India.
- Own and lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for Technology and Non Tech Hiring to deliver top talent while establishing and delivering on key success metrics.
- The incumbent will be responsible for hiring Talent during expansion.
- Will be responsible for crafting a strategy to hire talent and leadership team across business.
-The leader will work closely with business leaders to create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet current talent acquisition needs and build a pipeline for future roles while effectively utilizing the process, systems, and tools.
- Partner closely with the senior stakeholders to drive strong alignment in support of the business objectives.
- Be responsible for taking up special projects on gathering competitive data, industry trends, and talent availability and translate these into successful workforce planning and search strategies.
- Will work closely with Talent Branding team and other marketing teams involved in the endeavor building a veritable brand presence.
