Job Description :

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for :

- Leading the last mile operations from a DC based out of Delhi.

- Managing a team of over 300 workers, both on roll and off roll.

- Managing the analytics, as well as overall supply chain operations.

- Working with 3PL partners to ensure the upkeep of SLAs

Profile :

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will :

- Bring at least 12 years of experience

- Have led large teams (at least 300+ people)

- Bring extensive knowledge of last mile delivery
