Key Responsibilities :
Partner Engagement and Development : Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Product and Service Knowledge :
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our insurance products and services.
- Provide partners with training and support to enhance their understanding and ability to market our products effectively.
- Identify key needle movers for partners in terms of quality (Issuance / Customer service / NPS / Grievance / Cancellations)
Performance Analysis:
- Develop and implement metrics to assess partner performance and productivity.
- Analyze partner data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with underwriting, claims, persistency and customer service teams to ensure seamless partner interactions and issue resolution.
- Share partner insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to drive product and service enhancements.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.
- Provide input into the development of strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications a plus.
- Proven experience in partner relationship management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
