Lead Key Account Manager Ecommerce - Personal Care/Beauty/Ecommerce
Looking for Lead KAM Ecommerce for a leading D2C personal care organization
- Plan and execute Ecommerce sales strategy for growth
- Annual planning, TOT budgeting, JBP and Activation for Ecommerce accounts
- Align and execute promotions as per Ecommerce strategy and overall business plan
- TOT negotiation with new accounts to create a win-win deal
- Listing of new products across Ecommerce portals
- Candidate Should have strategic decision-making abilities
- MBA from a tier-1 institute is preferred
- Proven team management skills to develop and drive a growing department
- Young candidate with 5-6 years of experience
- BPC experience is preferred but not must
- Key Account Manager experience is must to have
